Is giving birth harder for cats under a year old ?

well she is under a year Anywhere from 7-11 months. She is having kittens within 2 weeks. She looks older than a year...yet her body is small. Don't tell me she will die because i just spent like an hour researching and this is very rare. It is too late to abort the kittens humanely. A friend of mines cat had kittens at around 6 months and they did fine (except for runt died a few weeks later) I know the kittens are alive right now, i can see them moving
