Meat products that aren't as bad?

I want to be a vegetarian but i really like chicken not necessarily beef or pork (only hamburgers) so i was wondering if there is any brands that treat there animals with respect and try to kill them as humanely as possible (obviously theres no way to kill an animal humanely). Would my local co op be the best bet? i live in a small town so i dont have a place like whole foods or anything like that.
