What amperage and DC voltage combination would be sufficient to kill a mouse "humanely" within a second?
'Perfect' has almost every point reversed = backwards. As far as I know mice are no more vulnerable to electricity, than humans, so my guess is you need about 1000 volts at 100 miliamps = 100 watts to kill most of the mice. Even then 1% plus will be injured instead of killed. 6 to 12 volts would be very ineffective, so such a trap likely converts the low voltage dc to thousand volt pulses that can supply more than 0.1 amps to the mouse. My guess is an effective energy level will be fatal to humans as well as mice and you could be charged with murder. Neil
