Sewn Extensions, please help!?

I just got sewn in extensions 2 days ago, and they hurt because they're really tight, and for some reason, they're itchy during the night and I can't help. It's really irritating and sometimes I feel like yanking off the extensions. Please don't reply with a stupid comment I really need help. What do I put on my scalp to atleast stop the itching, because the tightness of the braid doesn't bother me as much.
