Does my girlfriend want to break up with me?

I know every situation is different so i'm going give a brief summary of things happening lately. My girlfriend used to tell me she loved me through text a lot but now she said she doesn't like to do it that much. So now she only says when she goes to bed. (ik saying u love someone thru text doesnt mean much but i think shes starting to care less) idk if this means much but today she's told me she has to go to stuff like practice and work which aren't not believable but i think she's using it as an excuse to stop talking to me. Am i being paranoid? We're hanging out tomorrow so should i ask her whats wrong and stuff? because i really love her and dont want to lose her. jeez i cant think straight sorry if this makes no sense.
