Mama rat amputated her baby!?

if you think giving a living thing to a snake is humane think again. would you like to be tossed into a snakes mouth alive? i don't think so, if you feel that you cant look after it, take it to the vet and get them to HUMANELY put the rat down. or leave him to his mother and it'll be her choice what she does with him.
