Where can I find Art schools and are affordable ?

I will have to take remedial courses at this community I'm going to; trying to increase my gpa to attend a university. What art schools can I go to ? I prefer one with on-campus housing, because I want to be safe. I love art and fashion. Where can I get a Art (animation, graphic design, etc) and Fashion (sewing, etc.) degree ? I know most art schools are expensive too. I live in Louisiana, so not anywhere too far. Like, Texas, Georgia, florida, Mississippi etc.
