Why is it people make up these lies against Islam?

I am sick of hearing people say Islam does not value women. I hear people say Islam does not tolerate other faiths. I hear people say that if a person turns away from Islam they will get stoned for apostacy. I hear people say Islam is a violent and hateful religion. I notice when people quote the Qur'an they do not include the entire verse or the ones before or after that back up the verse. Take this statement. I decided to Euthanize my mothers cat. if my friend told a police officer. My friend told me he Euthanized his mother I could get in to serious trouble if she went on vacation and was not home for weeks. I know Muslims value women probably more then western nations do. Muslims did not burn women at the stake for witch craft when all these women did was say no to a man, were mentally ill, were successful,or dared to live independent from men. If muslims hate jews so much why in 1099 did Muslims fight alongsides Jews in defense of Jerusalem and when it fell were massacred along side them. Did Muslims have pogroms that killed 1000's of jews. In WW2 did muslims kill over 6 million Jews. Yet the world hates Muslims. I read that the Faris and Ghazis were much more chivalric then the Christian Knights. I understand the Faris and Ghazi were Gentleman before warriors. are not most of the laws on the Treatment of POWs from Mohammed. Does not Mohammed command muslims are to respect and protect the holy places of other faiths. Does he not command that muslims cannot target innocents. does not Mohammed command that when an enemy offers a truce that Muslims must except even if it is Humiliating. I would like to see the verse in the Qur'an that states that a man who kills himself to blow up a church or temple full of women children and old people will go to a garden full of virgins. I have yet to see that verse in the qur'an I have at home. Doesn't islam forbid Suicide as it is considered mutilation. as Islam forbids sex outside marriage why would Allah grant a person passage to a Garden full of virgins for killing people. Why does Allah need to have people kill for him. I am guessing that if he wanted people who shun him dead he would do that himself. Where does it state in the qur'an that a person can be stoned for turning away from islam. There is no passage that allows this. It is not Islam if a woman hajib fell off that she would get stoned for that. I understand that many who turned away from Islam had also caused treason so they were executed for treason does it not say in the first Book the Cow that Allah views women equal to men. When the prophet Mohammed was asked by a follower about who was to be respected most after allah did not Mohammed State the mother twice and then the Father. Who were the first ones to Follow Mohammed were they not women, Children and Slaves who sought refuge from tribal justice of the Qadesh which was Mob Rule. Was there not lawlessness before Mohammed on the Arabian peninsula. Mohammed stopped things like Infanticide. If muslims were so evil why is it Suleiman the Magnificent chose a Ruthenian slave named Roxelana or in Turkish Haseki Hurrem Sultan and have her sit next to him in court and consult her for advice about foreign Policies in court. Most women would have been in a harem which by the way was luxurious to care for children islam had slaves but they treated them better then other cultures did, Didn't the Ottomans put slaves in goverment positions as they felt they would be less likely to become corrupt. I understand muslims had laws where slaves were to be treated humanely. It was a blesses thing for a master to set a slave free. It is not like other societies did not have slaves. I know Christians Jews, and Even American had them. I understand Americans viewed them as Objects. I doubt Muslims would sell the mother if she had children. I understand many slaves ended up marrying the sons. Most women would have been sent to a harem somewhere to raise children. is it not true that women who ended up in Harems had more comfortable lifestyles and treated better then female citizens. I understand women in harems were more likely to be killed by another woman from the Harem then by the sultan or guards. Did not Saladin when he conquered cities give all the loot to the citizens there instead of keep it for himself. I understand he did not leave behind great wealth or palaces, Did not Muslim nations grant women suffrage before the USA did. I understand that Ataturks adopted daughter was the first female fighter pilot. Even the USSR granted suffrage to women before the USA did. the USA has yet to have a female president yet Pakistan had one named Bhutto. people really need to set aside their hate for islam and learn the truth about this wonderful peaceful religion rather then listen to the lies from the Zionist controlled media in the USA.
